September 21, 2016 – RENSSELAER, NEW YORK – APG Media of Minnesota and APG Media of Wisconsin, divisions of the expanding Adams Publishing Group, have chosen Vision Data’s Total Circulation Management System to manage the circulation sales and distribution efforts for their print and digital editions. These two divisions, which consist of over a dozen progressive, daily and weekly newspapers, are also investing in Vision Data’s Total Advertising System to manage the advertising functions of their newspapers..

Vision’s Total Circulation Management System offers a state-of-the-art graphical interface that provides all of the tools needed to effectively manage today’s print and digital newspapers. In addition to EZ-Pay, CASS Certification, superior demographic tracking, unsurpassed reporting and other expected features, today’s systems offer innovative easy-to-use screens, including a streamlined management at-a-glance dashboard, and impeccable automated billing and accounting that will serve users well into the future.

Vision Data’s Total Circulation Management System links directly to the VisionWeb Circulation Manager which allows subscribers to manage their own accounts from home: purchase new subscriptions, pay bills, order vacation “stops” and send messages directly to the circulation department, all from a button on the newspaper website.

The Vision Total Advertising System puts complete customer information at the sales rep’s fingertips anytime, anywhere, handles order submission from the field, allows complete remote account management and provides full access CRM. The system fosters easy cross-selling between pubs with full credit controls, while creating more face to face sales time for each rep. Also, the VisonWeb Suite provides self-service account management and order entry for classified and commercial customers 24/7.

All data (subscriber account masters, carrier and dealer details and detailed advertising account history) will be converted from the former systems to Vision Data’s Total Circulation Management and Total Advertising Systems and loaded for uninterrupted use after a detailed training program that includes management sessions at the Vision Data training center, as well as extensive setup and training, “Go-live” assistance and follow-up.
